M.V.P are known for their two big singles 'Bounce, Shake, Move, Stop' and 'Roc Ya Body (Mic Check 1 2)', complete with straight-faced, outlandish videos featuring enormous numbers of gyrating girls in bikinis. Their debut album from the title on down shows a similar lack of imagination and crotch-grabbing bravado.

The hip hop trio flash their sensitive side with a cover of Elton John's 'Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word', but mostly concentrate on exposing their lame lyrics and characterless, pedestrian rapping style. One mistake is penning a track called 'What Makes A Great MC' it makes rappers Stagga Lee and Vice Verse sound as if they're really asking for advice to improve their dire technique.
